Submission Guidelines

How to prepare your abstract before you submit it through the Abstract Submission form.

Download Official Abstract Template. Please prepare your structured abstract strictly 200 to 300 words on A4 size paper as per the template provided.

Abstract structure

  • Title of the paper
  • Full name(s), affiliation(s), and country of all authors
  • Structured Abstract text (200–300 words)
  • 3–5 keywords

Formatting

  • Use the official abstract template (Word), then export or print to PDF for upload
  • Standard fonts (Times New Roman)
  • Upload as a single PDF file, maximum 150 KB
  • File should contain the abstract only. Do do not upload the full paper at this stage

Co-authors

If your submission includes co-authors, provide their complete details (name, affiliation, country, email) at the time of submission. Co-author details cannot be added or changed after submission, so please confirm this information with your co-authors beforehand.

After you submit

You will receive an immediate PDF receipt with your assigned Paper ID. Keep this ID — you will need it for registration and, if applicable, full paper submission later. Decisions are communicated by email.

Full paper (if applicable)

If your abstract is accepted with "Full Paper" as the publication type, you'll submit the complete manuscript separately via Full Paper Submission. By submitting an abstract, you confirm that you have read and understood all the guidelines provided on the conference website and that you and your co-authors agree to abide by them.
