Guidelines for using AI for Paper / Poster Preparation
Policy on the Use of Artificial Intelligence
Authors shall make sure that all material in the paper or poster will not be created with any artificial intelligence (AI) tools and or modified with AI paraphrasing tools (rephraser or rewording tools) of Works by other individuals, AI-generating text tools, AI-created figures, etc.
However, Authors may use AI tools for certain purposes, such as to analyze and draw insights from data as part of the research process. Where Authors use AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process, these technologies should ONLY be used to improve readability and language of the work, such as for spelling or grammar, and not to replace the authors’ own insights and evaluation of data.
Authors are ultimately responsible and accountable for the contents of the their work.
