Important Reading : Engineering Advances 2026 offers various options for publication. There may be additional cost for some publications. Please check the registration page for more details.
- The conference registration fee includes online paper presentation, online access to all conference sessions and keynote speeches, a conference presentation certificate, inclusion of the abstract in the 'Book of Abstracts' and publication of the Non Open Access full paper in the Conference Proceedings E-book with ISBN, subject to fulfilment of the minimum publication standards. The paper must have a similarity index and AI-generated content below 20% and must strictly follow the prescribed conference template.
- Additional charges may apply for publication of selected full papers in peer-reviewed proceedings or books, including open-access publications with ISBN & DOI and for submission/publication in journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, or listed in UGC guidline journals, subject to the respective publication policies and acceptance criteria.
- All the registered papers will be peer reviewed. The decision about the acceptance of paper for final publication will be entirely taken by the Editor in Chief or Publisher. Conference organizers and or journal editors reserve the right to remove the paper at any stage from the publication process because of non ensuring the quality and or ethical guidelines by the authors.
- The conference registration fee is non-refundable once paid.

- Conference Proceedings E-book with ISBN Publication charges: Nil (Up to 8 Pages)

- Open Access Peer-reviewed proceedings or books with ISBN and DOI Publication charges: INR 3000 / USD 40 (Up to 8 Pages)

- Paper must strictly follow the prescribed proceedings template. Papers not following conference format will not be considered for publication.
- Journals with ISSN Publication charges: Only if applied by the Journal Publisher

- Paper must strictly follow the respective journal template. Papers not following respective journal format will not be considered for publication.
The decision about the acceptance of paper for final publication will be entirely taken by the Editor in Chief or Publisher.
