Conference Registration
- It is necessary that at least one author should register and present the paper in the conference. Each additional paper needs to be registered.
- Conference registration fee includes paper presentation through online mode, online entry to all sessions and keynote speeches, conference presentation certificate and publication in conference proceedings. The additional cost may be applicable for publication in SCOPUS or Web of Science indexed / UGC guidelines journals. The details are available below.
- The transaction charges if any will be borned by the author.
- The registration dates mentioned are applicable for conference registration and authors need to complete the registration after the acceptance of abstract. The conference fee once paid is non-refundable.
- After paying the fees, please send receipt to: contact@engineeringadvances.com and also submit the Conference Registration Form. Only Registered Papers will be processed further
- All required details about the publication process are already available on the website. Authors may contact us only for any suitable information related to publication that is not available on the website.

- All accepted, registered and formatted abstracts will included in it.
- Conference Proceedings E-book with ISBN Publication charges: Nil (Up to 8 Pages)

- A similarity index should be < 20 %
- Paper must strictly follow the prescribed conference template. Papers not following conference format will not be considered for publication.
- Open Access Peer-reviewed proceedings or books with ISBN and DOI Publication charges: INR 3000 / USD 40 (Up to 8 Pages)
- INR 500 / USD 10 per extra page
- A similarity index should be < 15 %
- Paper must strictly follow the prescribed proceedings template. Papers not following conference format will not be considered for publication.
- Journals with ISSN Publication charges: Only if applied by the Journal Publisher

- Paper must strictly follow the respective journal template. Papers not following respective journal format will not be considered for publication.
- Paper Withdrawal Policy for Engineering Advances 2026: Authors must withdraw their full paper before the initiation of the full paper review process. Non-submission of the revised paper or withdrawal of the paper during the review process / publication process will be chargeable. In such cases, authors are required to pay INR 5000 or USD 100, as applicable.
The decision about the acceptance of paper for final publication will be entirely taken by the Editor in Chief or Publisher. Conference organizers and or journal editors reserve the right to remove the paper at any stage from the publication process because of non ensuring the paper quality and or ethical guidelines by the authors.
