Can I submit only an abstract?
Yes. You may submit only an abstract to present your work at the conference. The full paper is required only if you want it published in the proceedings.

How long should the abstract be?
Please prepare a structured abstract of 200 to 300 words using the template given on the Submission page.

Are short papers accepted?
Yes. Full research papers, full review papers, short papers and posters are welcome. See the Call for Papers.

When can I go for conference registration?
On receiving the email of acceptance of abstract you can register for the conference. See the Registration page.

What is included in the conference registration fee?
The conference registration fee includes presentation of the paper in the conference through online mode, attendance to all sessions and keynote speeches, a conference presentation certificate, inclusion of the abstract in the Book of Abstracts and publication of the accepted full paper in the Conference Proceedings E-book with ISBN, subject to the minimum publication standards.

How much do I need to pay for publication?
Publication in the Proceedings E-book is included for papers up to 8 pages. Other options (open access proceedings / books, journals) may have additional charges. Please see the Publication page.

Do I need to travel? Is there any visa requirement?
No. Engineering Advances 2026 is an Online Conference, so you can present from your own place. No travel or visa is required.

How much time is given for each presentation?
The time allotted for each paper is 10 minutes (8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q & A). Please see the Schedule page.

Can the paper be presented by a co-author?
Yes. At least one author must register, and the registered author (or an authorised co-author) presents the paper. Each additional paper needs a separate registration.

Can I attend without presenting a paper?
Yes. Please write to contact@engineeringadvances.com for listener participation details.

Will I get a certificate?
Yes. A presentation certificate is issued to every registered author who presents the paper. Non-presented papers do not receive a certificate and are not considered for further publication.

Which software / platform will be used?
The online platform and joining links will be e-mailed to all registered authors before the conference.

What if I cannot join in my allotted slot?
Please inform us at least a few days in advance at info.engineeringadvances@gmail.com with your paper ID, so that the session sequence can be adjusted if possible.

Will my paper be published?
All accepted abstracts are included in the Book of Abstracts. Full papers are considered for publication in the Conference Proceedings E-book with ISBN, and selected papers for peer-reviewed proceedings / books or journals. See the Publication page.

What is the allowed similarity index?
It depends on the publication type: below 20% for the Proceedings E-book, below 15% for open access proceedings / books and below 10% for journals (excluding references).

Can I use AI tools for writing?
AI tools may be used only to improve readability and language (spelling or grammar). AI-generated content is not permitted. Please read the AI Policy.

What is the page limit?
Up to 8 pages for the Proceedings E-book and open access proceedings / books. Extra pages are charged INR 500 / USD 10 per page.

Can I withdraw my paper?
Papers must be withdrawn before the full-paper review starts. Withdrawal during the review / publication process is chargeable (INR 5000 / USD 100). See the Registration page.

Where can I see publications of earlier conferences?
Please visit the Previous Publications page.

How can I pay the registration fee?
Indian authors can pay by bank transfer / UPI or Razorpay, and international authors through the PayPal link given on the Registration page. Transaction charges, if any, are borne by the author.

What should I do after the payment?
Send the payment receipt to contact@engineeringadvances.com and fill in the Conference Registration Form. Only registered papers are processed further.

Is the registration fee refundable?
No. The conference registration fee is non-refundable once paid. Please read the Refund Policy.

Is there any discount for students?
Different fees are given for undergraduate students, postgraduate students / research scholars and academicians / industry professionals. See the fee table on the Registration page.

How can I become a member of the Scientific Committee?
Please fill in the form on the Join Scientific Committee page.

I registered but cannot find my paper in the schedule. What should I do?
Write to info.engineeringadvances@gmail.com with your name, paper ID and the payment receipt.
