Refund Policy

The registration dates mentioned are applicable for conference registration and authors need to complete the registration after the acceptance of abstract. The conference fee once paid is non-refundable.
If any article accepted by guest editors will be rejected by the publisher, 50 % administration charges will be deducted and remaining publication fee will be transferred to the auhtor as a refund. Authors need to request refund within 7 days from the communication of publishers decision with author. For international authors the transanction fee if any will be deducted additionally. However, if a paper is rejected at any stage due to one or more unethical practices including, but not limited to, salami slicing, similarity or exceeding 20%, prior publication of major content in another journal, AI-generated or paraphrased content exceeding 20%, change in authorship, misinterpretation or manipulation of results or any other publication ethics, NO refund will be issued.
