Refund Policy

The registration dates mentioned are applicable for conference registration and authors need to complete the registration after the acceptance of abstract. The conference fee once paid is non-refundable.
If any article accepted by guest editors will be rejected by the publisher, administration charges of INR 2500 or USD 35 will be deducted and remaining publication fee will be transferred to the auhtor as a refund. Authors need to request refund within 7 days from the communication of publishers decision with author. For international authors the transanction fee if any will be deducted additionally. However, in case of the salami slicing, similarity more than 30 %, publication of the major portion in other journal, no refund will be processed.
